DEPOSIT
- A R50 deposit is required to book your slot. (Please note that this is an admin charge and it does not include your overall quotation.
- The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE
- Deposit must be paid 24 hours before the appointment, along with a POP. Please reference your name and slot date and time
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS
- Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit
PAYMENTS
- Payment is due in full after services are completed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or injuries.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if there is a risk to your health or safety.
- Clients with contagious conditions or open wounds will be rescheduled.
- Please mention beforehand if you will require a soak off
- Soak offs are strictly limited to work previously done by Angel Claws
SATISFACTION
- If you are unhappy with a service, please notify us before leaving.
- Redos are considered within 48 hours for the same service only.
- No refunds on completed services.
CHILDREN AND GUESTS
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Space may be limited for additional guests.
CONDUCTS
We reserve the right to refuse service due to inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Respectful behaviour toward staff and other clients is required.
